1. Usage License
We grant users a free, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use ImgsColorPicker for personal, educational, or professional design purposes.
This tool is intended to probe color information, analyze layouts, evaluate accessibility parameters, and format code variables. Any commercial design workflows created using extracted colors remain your exclusive intellectual property.
2. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use
When using ImgsColorPicker, you agree not to:
- ✓ Modify, hack, or disrupt the client-side JavaScript or CSS styling sheets of the site.
- ✓ Attempt to bypass local storage sandbox limits, distribute malware, or execute automated script actions that compromise host delivery.
- ✓ Use any extracted data in violation of local copyright laws.
3. Ownership of Visual Assets
Because ImgsColorPicker processes images entirely on the client side (within your browser memory), we do not own, access, store, or possess any images you upload or probe.
You retain all ownership, copyright, and confidentiality regarding the visual assets you load into the tool.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
ImgsColorPicker is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
While we make every effort to ensure high accuracy in pixel sampling, color theory calculations, and contrast auditing, we do not guarantee that the tool will be 100% error-free or that the color formats displayed will match physical screens or print mediums with absolute precision. We recommend testing critical layout colors on target display devices.
5. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any revisions will be published immediately on this page. By continuing to use the site after updates are posted, you accept the revised terms.
